Chatbot Automation: WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord

Several of my projects share a set of bots. The WhatsApp bot confirms payments, answers FAQs, and sends reminders through an outbox with office hours, random delays, daily limits, and STOP handling. dprochatbot keeps an event customer database and sends segmented broadcasts through that outbox. FinnFinn is a Telegram bot that reads receipts with OCR and keeps personal finance records. A Discord operations bot shows server status and logs, and lets the admin approve actions with a button. Customer service replies can be rewritten by an LLM in the company's tone before they are sent.
